Environmental protection visual information services mainly develop three key business: 1. The real-time training that relies on live classroom; 2. courseware order program and network teaching management that relies on e-learning platform; 3. LAN visual service that relies on video courseware resulted from real-time training and courseware order and network teaching.
Virtual Classroom Provides a real-time interactive teaching and learning platform. Teachers and students in different locations can communicate in a real-time manner via video conference system. It can be extended to 31 provinces, cities and aotonomous regions form the current 3 pilots in Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia and Gansu.
Online School Provides a personallized online learning environment. Users can select the courses needed, study, consult teachers, share information with schoolmates, and carry out remote education.
Video Courseware Throught LAN visual searvice, the users can set up the internal shared online learning platform which gives the access to the latest view of high-level experts, scholars and officials as well as the forefront research development and result. It is an important means for governments, enterprises and research institutes for further education within their own LAN.
Searvice Mode
1. Mirroring Mode of LAN Data Package
The visual information is installed inside the user’s LAN. The updated information is transmitted in the form of satellite synchronization, network synchronization and mail.
In light of the multi-level omnifarious information demand of governments at all levels, universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions, to meet the characteristic of physical isolation of LAN users or rigorous firewall, the complete data package is produced by integrating visual information.
2. Single-computer Service Mode for Individual User
According to user’s requirement, the visual information is combined into CD. With a bottom base installed at the user-end, the added content can be updated by mailing CD. This service mode is most suitable for small users, e.g. individual user or small enterprise.
3. Online Training Service Mode:
CSID provides advanced e-learning system and far-ranging live classroom, so it is able to provide multi-level online training services with different technical characteristic.
(1) E-learning platform lease service. E-learning platform can provide multiple customers with e-learning platform lease service for multi-level multi-course teaching management and provide real-time and nonreal-time long-distance training service.
(2) Real-time e-training service. To meet social demand, it produces the training course that has market selling point. This project’s local provincial and municipal classroom and CEInet’s other network node classroom provide the possibility to hold the technical training and vocational training for adults.
Online video conference service. It provides real-time, multi-point safe video conference service for the inter-regional enterprise users or the enterprise users that deal with inter-regional business.
